Commercial parking: 137 parking spaces and parking for suites in the basement with 410 parking spaces. Ground floor with double height. Surrounded by 16,145 ft2 of abundant green areas.

The space was designed by Materia Arquitectos, founded by Gustavo Carmona and Lisa Beltran in 2006, Materia is an architectural studio that seeks to create atmospheres expressed through the artisanal process and high technique to generate tangible ideas. Their work seeks to imagine places that can transcend the moment and the experience.
Throughout the years they have managed to generate strategies that create complicity between the firm and its clients, suppliers, consultants and contractors, both in Mexico and abroad. Their experience expands in projects ranging from high end, retail, residential, suites, hospitality and cultural typologies.
Their work focuses on the creation of atmospheres closely related to the careful elaboration of materials and the integration to the surrounding context. This approach provides a pragmatic architecture that is fully responsive, innovative and highly sensitive.
