Living The Gardens development is located in the city of Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico.
It is a complex made up of 9 villas, with a design that respects and integrates the holistic and familiar natural environment; designed by the architectural firm Sanzpont, in the year 2021.
During its creation, we focused on homes that not only have an innovative design, but also try to maintain an endemic feeling characteristic of local architecture, where the inhabitants can watch their families grow, enjoy in harmony and create meaningful relationships forming a strong community, in these days where social disintegration is becoming more and more widespread.
We seek to expose a diverse idea in the real estate sector, which not only focuses on the economic, but is a concept that offers quality in architecture and quality of life for users, managing to integrate both the economic vision of development, as the architectural, social and sustainable vision, managing to offer a housing product that respects the environment; which makes us different from other similar concepts, in addition to the location, security, amenities and care that has been put to design this project.
Our target customers are families who wish to live and grow in a place with recreational and social spaces that allow them to have an excellent quality of life integrated with nature.

Each of the villas has 3 levels totaling between 2,325 and 2,960 ft2, depending on the location of each villa and consist of the following:
GROUND FLOOR
The first floor includes access, living room, dining room, kitchen, terrace, 1/2 bathroom and laundry room, in addition to the vertical circulation integrated to an interior garden; with a total between 742 and 839 ft2 depending on the model of the villa.
FIRST LEVEL
The second floor includes foyer and vertical circulation, master bedroom with bathroom, dressing room and balcony, as well as 2 secondary bedrooms with shared bathroom; with a total between 678 and 699 ft2 depending on the model of the villa.
ROOF GARDEN
The roof floor includes foyer and vertical circulation, roof garden with pergola, outdoor kitchenette and planters; with a total between 613 and 635 ft2 depending on the model of the villa.
